I developped traffitor in 2003 when access to DB enabled hosting was at least in my country too expensive (at least for a student with no income :) ), so that's why I opted for a flat file. When I developped it, I had no intention to publish it for free download, hence the jibbery code and virtually no documentation(<strong>for which I appologize once again</strong>).
